By using Flagga ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Flagga is a free online flag-guessing game. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

You can play without an account. Signing in with Google lets you sync your username and post to the global leaderboard. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to play or submit scores.
• Submit fake, inflated, or manipulated scores.
• Choose usernames that are offensive, harassing, hateful, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the Service.

We may remove scores, reset or change usernames, and suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

National flags shown in the game are widely-used representations and generally in the public domain. The game itself — its code, design, and branding — is © Flagga. You may not redistribute, scrape, or resell the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flagga is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
